When your nervous system has become too familiar with chaos, therapy can help you find a new way forward. With over 10 years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth therapy for adults seeking relief from anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, chronic illness, and family-of-origin concerns. As a mixed-race Filipino American born and raised in Hawaiʻi, I value culturally responsive care and proudly support LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, first-generation, and neurodivergent clients. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, DBT, attachment-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapies to help you build self-compassion, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and create lasting change. Together, we'll create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to live a more balanced, meaningful life.

My Treatment Modality & Therapeutic Orientation

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive, and empowering experience where you feel safe showing up as your authentic self. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while recognizing that every person brings their own unique experiences, identities, strengths, and challenges into the therapy room. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to your individual goals, values, and needs.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based interventions, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and build practical skills you can apply in everyday life.

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC communities, immigrants and first-generation individuals, and neurodivergent clients. I have a particular passion for supporting young adults, college and graduate students, individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity exploration, life transitions, family-of-origin concerns, ADHD, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, chronic illness, and women's issues. Above all, my goal is to provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want to create.

I generally work with my clients on a recurring, weekly basis. If you are unable to stay actively and consistently engaged in the therapeutic process, I may need to terminate our episode of care.
