I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from themselves or others. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who appear to be managing well externally while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in recurring patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing involves both the mind and body. Together, we create space to better understand your experiences, process difficult emotions, and explore the underlying patterns that may be contributing to stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm.

With backgrounds in both clinical social work and East Asian medicine, I bring an integrative perspective to therapy that honors the connection between emotional wellbeing, physical stress, nervous system regulation, and personal history. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and insight-oriented exploration to support deeper healing and lasting change.

I especially enjoy working with clients who:

  • struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or burnout
  • feel disconnected from themselves or emotionally “stuck”
  • experience perfectionism or high self-expectations
  • are navigating identity, cultural, or family pressures
  • want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships
  • are seeking therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping skills

My goal is to provide a supportive and grounded space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself more authentically and compassionately.
