My name is Khanie Ha, and I am a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) and Licensed Acupuncturist/East Asian Medicine Provider (LAc/EAMP) in the state of Washington. I have had the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings, including collaborative care, community-based mental health, and integrative medicine. My work focuses on supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, and complex emotional experiences, while helping them build awareness, resilience, and sustainable ways of relating to themselves and their lives.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, as well as a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. My training integrates psychotherapy with a broader understanding of the mind–body connection. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma informed care, psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and Jungian dreamwork. My work often explores the subconscious, including underlying patterns and core beliefs that shape emotional and behavioral responses. I also incorporate principles of Chinese medicine, allowing for a more integrative understanding of how psychological and physiological processes interact. I recognize the importance of considering the full context of a person’s experience, including cultural, physiological, and environmental factors that may influence well-being.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. Within collaborative care, I have worked closely with primary care teams to support individuals through measurement-based treatment and ongoing symptom management. My background in Chinese medicine further informs my approach, allowing me to consider patterns within the body and nervous system alongside emotional and psychological experiences.
Through this integrative perspective, I aim to provide a space that supports both insight and regulation, helping individuals move toward greater clarity, balance, and alignment. I am honored to be part of your process and look forward to working with you in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and meaningful.
