Therapy hasn’t always felt like a welcoming space for everyone. Maybe you’ve spent a long time trying to feel better, yet still find yourself stuck in repetitive thoughts, anxiety, or the lingering effects of past experiences that feel confusing and exhausting. If you’re longing for more clarity, peace, and even moments of laughter and lightness along the way, you deserve care that feels compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

My approach is for people who are tired of surface-level fixes and are ready for meaningful change, real relief, and a deeper sense of well-being. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. I integrate EMDR with traditional talk therapy to support clients in moving through anxiety, trauma, and long-standing patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

I often work with individuals who want to break free from anxiety, people-pleasing, and the impact of past trauma. I also support women and girls who are navigating complex family dynamics and relationships.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re starting again with a new provider, opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable. I understand how difficult that step can be. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, lighthearted, and genuinely human. Together we can cultivate a space where meaningful work can happen through honest conversation and a mutually trusting connection.
