Hello there!

Thanks for stopping by, my approach to therapy comes from the belief that your journey is unique and personal. Everyone experiences life differently and sometimes these experiences place obstacles in our path that make it hard to move forward. My goal is to help you remove these obstacles so you can find purpose and joy in life again.

  • Pre-Marital & Couples Counseling
  • Trauma, PTSD, ADHD
  • Grief
  • Co-Dependency
  • Depression & Anxiety-Related Disorders

If you are struggling with any of these, let’s explore if we are a good fit!

Counseling Approach

I believe that treating the whole person is an important part of healing; knowing how your body and mind react to stress or trauma helps you recognize warning signs and patterns that cause you to feel anxious, tired, stuck, overwhelmed, or all the above! Trauma can often trigger responses in our relationships that we don’t understand or like. I am trained in a modality called Lifespan Integration that helps the body and mind work through trauma to recognize that it is over. Lifespan Integration is also helpful for working through grief.

Pre-Marital & Couples

Pre-marital and couples therapy is at the heart of my practice. When it comes to partnerships and marriage, problems occur when we lose connection with each other. This dynamic begins to change when we learn to truly listen to our partner or spouse and recognize our own patterns and needs as well as our spouse’s. In therapy, I use Gottman’s approach to help you learn to problem-solve and connect again.
